1. Core Structural Design
Dual-row Layout and Contact Angle: The double-row ball design with a fixed contact angle of 60° ensures both axial and radial load capacity, making it particularly adept at withstanding high axial loads. It also offers excellent overturning stiffness (for example, the ZKLN100160-2Z boasts a tilting stiffness of 5800 Nm/mrad).
Mounting Method: Unlike the ZKLF series, which features mounting holes, the ZKLN series must be installed in the bearing housing bore. The outer ring is axially secured via the bearing end cap. When clamped with a precision locknut, the ferrule precisely achieves the set preload and eliminates play.
Sealing and Lubrication System: Two sealing options are available: the suffix "2RS" is a lip-type contact seal, providing excellent dust and water resistance; the suffix "2Z" is a gap seal, suitable for higher speed requirements. The bearings are pre-loaded with GA28-compliant lithium soap-based grease, ensuring lifetime maintenance-free operation under most operating conditions. A lubrication connector is provided on the outer ring for easy relubrication.
2. Performance Advantages
High Precision and High Rigidity: Advanced processes optimize the raceway surface quality, keeping axial runout to within 3μm (e.g., model ZKLN100160-2Z). Axial stiffness reaches 1900 N/μm, ensuring machine processing accuracy. Improved Load Capacity and Life: Using specially heat-treated ring materials for enhanced resistance to solid particle wear. For example, the ZKLN100160-2Z offers a dynamic load capacity of 140,000N and a static load capacity of 435,000N.
Low Friction and High Speed compatibility: Optimized raceway design reduces frictional losses and minimizes temperature rise. With grease lubrication, the maximum speed reaches 2,150 rpm, a 60% increase in speed compared to conventional bearings.
