I. PRODUCT INFO.
Self-Aligning Double Row Ball Bearings are designed to work in applications where severe misalignment exists whether from mounting or shaft deflection. The concave raceway of the outer ring in combination with two rows of balls operate over a wide range of contact angles. Furthermore it aligns itself correctly with the shaft and assembly without causing undue stress on the rest of the bearing assembly.
Self-Aligning Double Row Ball Bearings come in three numeric series which represent the maximum specified degree of misalignment and loads:
1200 Series - Can be misaligned 2.5°
1300 Series - Can be misaligned 3.0°
2200 Series - Can be misaligned 2.5° but has higher load ratings is and wider than the 1200 Series
II. PACKAGING PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
1.packing :
1)Industrial Package:bearing+paper+cartons+wooden case+pallets
2) Industrial packing: plastic tube+carton+wooden pallet
3) According to yours requirements
2.Payment:
1) T/T:30% deposit , 70% should be paid before shippment.
2) L/C at sight. (high bank charge, not suggest , but acceptable )
3) 100% Western Union in advance. (specially for air shipment or small amount)
3.Delivery:
1) Less than 45 KGS, we will send by express. ( Door to Door, Convenient )
2) Between 45 - 200 KGS, we will send by air transport. ( Fastest and safest, but expensive
3) More than 200 KGS, we will send by sea. ( Cheapest, but long time )
